Customer services & Retune policy
- in case of any damage or discrepancy to the whole or part of the cargo that is not covered by insurance, we are committed to compensating the clients lost (normally the insurance costs are incurred by our company). Raisin Useful Information

Delivery Time
- 15-21 days after receiving the payment, the cargo is delivered to the ports.
Payment term
- Confirmed L/C at sight.
- 30% in advance & rest against copy of B/L.
- Usance L/C is negotiable.
- Clients’ credit against confirmed bank L/G through an international bank is acceptable /negotiable.
Sample
Sample is free but courier (DHL, Aramex, TNT, …) expenses should be paid by clients. We prepare the cargo exactly based on the specifications of the sample approved by customers.
